Overnight success is a myth. Successful people know that making small continual improvement every day will be compounded over time and give them desired results. The future belongs to those who learn more skills and combine them in creative ways. And it is these valuable skills that make one grow and contribute authentically to their lives.
In keeping with the aforementioned, Legacy Leadership Africa partnered with US based organization —Mentee Global Organization to equip young people with skills and knowledge on how to grow and contribute authentically to their life. With mentors from Mentee Global, the participants were introduced to a deeper understanding of a wide range of topics covering personal development, leadership integrity and self-confidence among others.
“Growing and Contributing Authentically to your Life” is the second mentorship session under Living Your Legacy Series. Legacy Leadership Africa strongly believes in leadership with a lasting legacy; legacy with substance and form. Through the virtual mentorship sessions, LLA is able to host deep dive conversations highlighting the growing body of need for leadership with a lasting legacy.
Legacy Mentorship Sessions attract young people who want to pursue leadership. Immersed in a pool of global mentors, the participants have the opportunity to ask questions around leadership and life in general. The end goal is raising a generation of premium leaders who are inspired and committed to creating lasting legacy of impact to families, communities, and nations across Africa.
